Getaway Cottage is the perfect place for an affordable family getaway on Lake Norman. This cozy cottage has been recently remodeled and features a warm, inviting living room with a wonderful view of the lake and plenty of seating for the family to gather around a large wall mounted TV. The home is situated on a shaded wooded lot with an expansive lake view that will make you feel like you're far from the pressures of civilization, but is really only 6 miles from great shopping and restaurants. You'll also love waking up to sunrises in the lovely master bedroom that includes a comfy queen bed, bathroom, skylight and a large sliding glass door.

Outside there's a large deck with a picturesque view of a quiet cove that's perfect for swimming or just relaxing on your favorite float, but you're still close to the main channel and lake side restaurants. The dock offers deep water year round, and includes a convenient boat slip, swim ladder and even a boat house you can park your boat inside.

One week minimum June through mid August. Three night minimum holiday weekends. Two-night minimum otherwise.
Prices include all applicable processing and administrative fees.
Prices do not include state and local taxes or refundable damage deposits that vary by property .
In order to keep our prices lower, linens and towels are not included. Linens may be rented for $10.00 per bed. Towels may be rented for $8.00 per set.
Terms are 50% deposit to confirm reservation and full payment due 30 days in advance of check in.
